Centennial High School students enjoyed a unique lunch experience thanks to our Nutrition Services Department and Farm-to-School Program. One of the lunch options featured Columbia River steelhead, glazed with a local marionberry-huckleberry sauce crafted by Oregon Hill Farms. This fish, provided by Pacific Seafood in partnership with the Colville Confederated Tribes, was sustainably farmed in Nespelem, Washington.
