Our Hays CISD staff have been working hard to get this school year off to a great start, and we know this first month back has been a busy one.

So, as we head into the long weekend, we wanted to offer a little something to help one of our staff members unwind and have some fun - very deservedly so.

Today was basically MADE for snowcones. ☀️🍧

And when it’s barely September and you’ve got 900+ PTA members, obviously the only reasonable thing to do is celebrate with the WHOLE SCHOOL.

So that’s exactly what we’re doing.😎

Every membership has helped us get here, and getting to turn those numbers into fun memories for our kids is hands down one of our favorite parts. 🫶🏻

Huge shoutout to our volunteers who came out and helped us sling snowcones like it was our actual job. Y’all are the BEST and we seriously couldn’t pull off this kind of sticky fun without you!

•If your kiddo hasn’t gotten their snowcone yet, don’t worry, the celebration is happening all week (and maybe next week, too. It’s hot out here!). 🤗
