☀️💙 Summer is off to a great start at J’s House! 💙☀️ Our boys have enjoyed ⚾ an Astros game, 📚 the library, 🏊 pool days, 🎨 painting projects, and plenty of other adventures!

These experiences are about more than just having fun—they help build confidence, create lasting memories, and give our boys the chance to simply be kids. 😊

Thank you to everyone who supports our mission and helps make moments like these possible. We’re excited for all that the rest of the summer has in store! ☀️🙌💙

🎉💙 BIG NEWS! 💙🎉 J’s House has officially received our FULL LICENSE! 🙌🏡

Every group home starts with a temporary license and must successfully complete a probationary period with multiple inspections. Thanks to an amazing team, lots of hard work, and God’s faithfulness, we made it through with flying colors! ✨

One of the best moments was hearing from our inspector: “You got there and handled it with flying colors. I’m very proud of your operation. Well done.” 💙

So proud of everyone who helped make this milestone possible. Thank you for believing in this mission and the boys we serve. 🙏💙

J's House serves children in the foster care system with a vision that every child deserves a forever family. Their work provides hope, stability, and support to kids who need it most.

Throughout the month of June, a portion of every service at Dan's Garage will be donated to J's House. When you bring your vehicle in, you'll be helping make a difference in the lives of children right here in our community.

💙🙌🏽 Big shoutout to United City Church’s Life Group who came out to serve at J’s House - tackling projects all across the house 🛠️🏡✨ Shelves installed, closets organized, outdoor spaces cleaned up, and the activity room refreshed 🎲 — all helping make J’s House more functional and welcoming for the boys we serve.

Because of this investment, we’re not just sustaining J’s House — we’re building it to last. A full-time Executive Director 🧭, preparation for T3C accreditation 📋, and a Director of Development 📈 are all now in motion to strengthen long-term impact and stability.
