Another Sunday, another day of baking cookies! Today our volunteers made over 2000 ricotta cookies for the Festa! Way to go everyone and we can’t wait for our friends, family, and community to taste them in September! 🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳🍪🇮🇹

A big thank you to everyone who came out to the Lodge to help bake cookies for the Festa! They made roughly 1300 cookies! 🇮🇹🍪

Your hard work and dedication help make our events successful and keep our Italian traditions alive. We appreciate all of our volunteers and can’t wait to share these delicious homemade treats at the Festa!

Yesterday, we proudly hosted the 5th Annual Jeff Pedro Memorial Bocce Tournament at the Lodge!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and came out to support this wonderful cause. Your generosity and community spirit helped make the day a great success.

Congratulations to our tournament champions, The Four Marksmen, and to our runners-up, Bocce Pedro, for an outstanding competition!

We appreciate everyone who helped honor Jeff’s memory and look forward to seeing you again next year. 🇮🇹🎯🏆

Final cooking demo of the season! Zucchini fries with garlic aioli to start us off! Italian orzo salad is next.Homemade Italian wedding soup next up, home made pizza 2 ways. 1st prosciutto with roasted red peppers, mozzarella and balsamic glaze. 2nd is Italian pear and gorgonzola with honey. For dessert, traditional Italian lemon olive oil cake.
