What keeps YOU coming back to Bergamo?

We are asking longtime guests about their favorite memories, what makes this place special, and why they keep returning to Bergamo after years (or even decades!). Our first interview is with Dave Campbell, a teacher at Moeller High School. Check out the video and consider sharing your Bergamo story during your next visit!

Safety first… hospitality always. 🚨🔥

Over the past couple of months, the Bergamo staff stepped out of our usual routines and into hands-on safety training with both ALICE Training and Fire Prevention Training. From practice emergency drills to actually using fire extinguishers to put out live fires, our team gained valuable experience and confidence in responding to emergency situations.

Why? Because caring for our guests means being prepared for whatever may come our way.

We are deeply grateful to the Beavercreek Police Department and the Beavercreek Township Fire Department for sharing their time, expertise, and dedication with our staff. Thank you for helping us continue to make Bergamo a safe and welcoming place for all! 🙏

About 65 members of Common Bond, a group of vowed and former Marianist brothers, priests, and some accompanying relatives, recently met at Bergamo for their triennial reunion. They gathered to share prayer, fun, fellowship, and to remember those in the group who had passed away since their last meeting. The theme of the weekend was "Sharing Our Journeys."

One of the group's organizers, Bob Toia, shared, "It was a truly wonderful weekend in so many ways!"

The Bergamo staff were honored to be able to host this group, and we wish them all the best!

Two long-time Bergamo groups have teamed up! During their annual springtime visit to Bergamo, the Dayton Knitting Guild knitted scarves and hats, which will be donated to the women of the Ignatian Spirituality Project (which offers overnight retreats for men and women in recovery from addiction and homelessness). The ISP leaders are seen here donning some of the apparel. They were grateful for DKG's contribution and look forward to passing the clothing to ISP participants during their fall retreat at Bergamo!
