Our October THRIVE meeting was all about well-being 💚

Hosted at Your Wellness Connection and led by Bayleigh Soza and Dr. Michelle Robin, we explored the four quadrants of well-being: Mechanical, Chemical, PsychoSpiritual and Energetic.

Our THRIVE group learned how these areas work together to support overall health, balance and wellness. A big thank you to Your Wellness Connection for welcoming us and helping us continue to learn, connect and grow!
