We were proud to celebrate Angie Long, our 2026 ATHENA Leadership Award recipient, and Elaina Paige, our 2026 Young Professional Leadership Award recipient, at the ATHENA Awards Reception, presented by KPMG.

What leadership qualities should our next chief bring to the role? What public safety priorities matter most to you? How can we build stronger relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve?

We want to hear from you! Join us at one of five listening sessions across Kansas City, beginning October 15 and continuing through November 5. All sessions take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
