One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is honesty.

If you want your life to change, you have to be willing to take an honest look at the habits, behaviors, and thought patterns that may be holding you back. Growth begins when we stop making excuses and start taking responsibility for the choices we make every day.

The good news is that lasting change does not usually come from one giant decision. It comes from small, consistent choices made over time.

Maybe you find yourself scrolling on social media for hours or binge watching television night after night. Instead of trying to change everything at once, start small. Before you pick up your phone or turn on Netflix, spend fifteen or twenty minutes reading a book, listening to a teaching, praying, or learning something that will help you grow.

Small habits create systems, and systems create transformation.

The person you become tomorrow is being shaped by the choices you make today.

Galatians 6:9 says, “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”

Do not underestimate the power of small changes. What seems insignificant today can become life changing over time. Your future success is hidden in the habits you choose to practice every single day.
