The State American Legion Riders departed Post 45 this morning at 0800 after breakfast for a 3 day Legacy Scholarship run through the state of Kansas. When they left they had raised just under $13000.We had Riders from all over the US ( Indiana, WV, Louisiana, Kentucky, Ohio, you name it) and 7 from England. BigThank You to all the Riders and our volunteers that made it happen. God's speed and be safe.

The Earl C. Gormley American Legion Post #45 invites all active-duty Army personnel, retirees, and veterans to join them for a special celebration honoring the Army's 251 years of service and dedication to our nation.

Enjoy an afternoon of fellowship, birthday cake, raffle prizes, and a 50/50 drawing as they recognize and thank those who have served.
