After the Signal Project is dedicated to sharing stories, raising awareness, and providing support surrounding PTSD and the challenges many face long after the uniform comes off. By bringing these experiences into the open, we can help break the stigma and remind those who are struggling that they are not alone.

What an amazing day at the Merrick Chamber of Commerce Kidfest 💙

We loved seeing so many smiling faces stop by our table to help us spread kindness. So many children (and families!) took a few minutes to create heartfelt cards that will be delivered to children in hospitals and to the families we support.

It may seem like a small act, but these cards bring BIG smiles to kids who truly need it.
