🔨🍻 FROM OUTSIDE THE TOP 3 TO TAKING 1ST PLACE! 🏆

The Jasper Jaycees had a BLAST tonight at the Habitat for Humanity of Dubois County, Inc Hammer & Ales fundraising event! This was our second year participating, and let’s just say… we came ready to play! 😂

Last year, we fell just short of the top 3. This year? We put our heads together, brought our A-game, and made an AMAZING comeback to claim 🥇 1ST PLACE! 🥇

Every single person on our team contributed, proving that teamwork really does make the dream work! 💙 (And maybe a little friendly competition doesn’t hurt either! 😉)

All jokes aside, it was another fun evening spent supporting an incredible organization that makes a real difference in our community. We’re proud to show up, give back, and support the amazing work Habitat for Humanity Dubois County does for local families.

A huge thank-you to Habitat for Humanity for hosting such a fun event and giving us another reason to put our trivia skills to the test!

Last year: Just outside the top 3. This year: TRIVIA CHAMPIONS! 🏆 Who knows what next year will bring? Guess we have a title to defend! 😎

⛳️🏌️‍♂️ FORE!… or in our case, maybe just FOUR! 😂

The Jasper Jaycees traded in our usual community service duties for golf clubs and questionable athletic abilities at the Pat O’Keefe Memorial Golf Scramble, hosted by our friends, the Southern Indiana Leathernecks! 🇺🇸

We had a great time hitting the course, enjoying some friendly competition, and proving that you don’t necessarily have to be GOOD at golf to have a GOOD time! 🤣⛳️

We’re not saying any golf balls were harmed during this event… but a few may still be missing in action! 🌳🔎

A big THANK YOU to the Southern Indiana Leathernecks for hosting this awesome event and for bringing everyone together to honor Pat O’Keefe’s memory. We’re proud to participate and support the organizations making a difference in our community! ❤️

Service to humanity is the best work of life… but apparently, keeping a golf ball on the fairway is a whole different skill set! 😂

✨Jasper Jaycees Member Spotlight: Madelyn Blaize✨

Today we'd like to give a special shoutout to Madelyn Blaize, our dedicated Jasper Jaycees Local Directors!

Since joining the Jaycees in 2019, Madelyn has been a familiar face at countless events, projects, and volunteer opportunities. Whether she's helping behind the scenes, lending a hand wherever needed, or bringing her positive attitude to the team, she plays an important role in helping our organization serve the community.

Volunteers like Madelyn are what make the Jasper Jaycees successful. Her willingness to step up, support others, and give back helps us continue our mission of making a difference in Jasper and the surrounding area.

Thank you, Madelyn, for your time, dedication, and commitment to service. We appreciate everything you do and are grateful to have you as part of the Jaycees family! 💙

🌟 Member Spotlight: Thank You, Oscar! 🌟

Some people volunteer when they have free time. Oscar Torres somehow finds free time by volunteering.

As our Vice President of External Affairs, Oscar is the guy who is always showing up, stepping up, and helping make things happen. Whether it's the Bier Garten, Easter Egg Hunt, golf scramble, Thanksgiving baskets, community events, or lending a hand wherever it's needed, Oscar is always ready to jump in and get the job done.

His dedication to service, leadership, and making our community a better place embodies everything the Jasper Jaycees stands for. When asked to describe the Jaycees in one word, Oscar chose "Awesome." We'd say the same thing about him.

Thank you, Oscar, for your time, your commitment, and your willingness to serve others. Your positive attitude, teamwork, and community spirit make a big impact, and we're grateful to have you as part of the Jasper Jaycees family.

👏 Thank you for always showing up.
👏 Thank you for always stepping up.
👏 Thank you for helping us make a difference.

What do you get when you mix a bunch of Jaycees, golf clubs, and Indiana summer heat? 🏌️☀️💦

Today the Jasper Jaycees were proud to sponsor and participate in the Holy Trinity Golf Scramble! While we may not be challenging anyone for a PGA Tour card anytime soon, we showed up ready to support a great cause, enjoy some friendly competition, and sweat enough to refill the water hazards.

A huge thank you to Holy Trinity for putting on another great event. We had a blast on the course and were honored to help support their mission.

Some teams chased birdies. We mostly chased shade. 😎

🌟 Jasper Jaycees Member Spotlight: Eric Hopf 🌟

This week we're helping you get to know the guy behind the B**r Garden! 🍻

If you've spent any time around the Jasper Jaycees, chances are you've crossed paths with Hopf. As our Vice President, he is always willing to jump in, lend a hand, and help make sure things get done. Whether he's pouring drinks in the B**r Garden, volunteering at events, or taking on yet another leadership role, Hopf is someone our organization can always count on.

With over 12 years of Jaycees involvement and enough previous positions to lose track of, Hopf has dedicated countless hours to serving our community. His favorite part? The B**r Garden, of course! And when asked to describe the Jasper Jaycees in one word, his answer was simple: Family. ❤️

When he's not volunteering, you can find him collecting sports cards, spending time with family and friends, supporting the Sons of the American Legion, or making sure he doesn't leave home without his wallet, keys, and phone (the holy trinity of adulthood).

Thank you, Hopf, for your leadership, dedication, sense of humor, and the many ways you help make the Jasper Jaycees and our community stronger. We appreciate everything you do!

🍻💙
