Sam Eaton is a nationally recognized speaker and founder of the Recklessly Alive Foundation, delivering impactful presentations that equip audiences with practical tools to navigate mental health challenges and build resilience. Drawing from his own lived experience and more than 250 speaking engagements across the United States—including the National Alliance on Mental Illness National Conference—Sam creates spaces where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to take action in their lives. His work has reached thousands of students, professionals, and community members, consistently sparking honest conversations, reducing stigma, and increasing help-seeking behaviors. His presentations focus on practical strategies—especially around self-talk, connection, and daily habits—that help people move forward, even in difficult seasons.
