Churches Embracing Offenders of Dubois County CEO is dedicated to ministering to the spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs of non-violent offenders living in and returning to the community.

Through strong partnerships with families, communities, churches and the legal system, CEO provides offenders the support and resources needed to break the cycle of returning to crime and ultimately to incarceration. When Christ becomes the CENTER of an individual’s life, and the Church becomes the foundation for social activities, positive changes are that last a lifetime. John 1:5
