We celebrated Syria’s first Liberation Anniversary through art and community resilience.

As Nasmat Hayat (extension of ), we partnered with مبادرة أمانينا - Amanina , مجموعة هذه حياتي التطوعية Hathi Hayati Volunteering Group , and the Cultural Center in Daraya to showcase artworks by women in our 3H Program—sharing stories of strength and hope.

We also welcomed new local talents from Daraya whose artworks enriched the exhibition.

Together, we continue supporting women, wellbeing, and community resilience in Syria.

احتفلنا بالذكرى الأولى لتحرير سوريا عبر الفن وصمود
المجتمع.
بصفتنا نسمة حياة (امتداد جمعية الوصول عبر الحدود)، تعاونّا مع مبادرة أمانينا، مجموعة هذه حياتي التطوعية، والمركز الثقافي في داريا لعرض أعمال نساء من برنامج 3H قدّمن قصص قوة وأمل.
واستقبلنا مواهب محلية جديدة من داريا أغنت المعرض بإبداعاتها.

مش مجرد غرفة… هونيك بتصير الأحلام إلها حقيقة، والأمنيات بتطلع من ورق صغير لتصير واقع بيعيشه الأطفال.

During our visit to .lb , we stopped in front of something truly heart-warming: the Wishes Room

It’s not just a room… it’s a space where dreams find a way to become reality, where children’s wishes grow from small notes into moments they can actually live.

A reminder that even the simplest wish can mean the world to a child 💙

تقنية تنفس القلب – Heart Breathing❤️

الخطوات – Steps:
1️⃣ ركّز انتباهك على قلبك
Focus on your heart area.

2️⃣ تخيل أنفاسك كأنها تدخل وتخرج من قلبك
Imagine your breath flowing in and out of your heart.

3️⃣ حاول ان تتنفس بشكل أبطأ قليلا وأعمق من المعتاد
Try to breathe a little slower and deeper than usual.

4️⃣ خذ ٥ أنفاس من الأنف وأخرجها من الفم
Take 5 breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

⏳ استمر من دقيقة إلى 3 دقائق
Continue for 1–3 minutes

Last Ramadan, in collaboration with Humaniti, we distributed Iftar meals to our people in

Our love and support for Gaza remain every day, at all times, and in every heart beating with humanity.

Today, we continue our work to provide prosthetic limbs for those injured by the war, giving them the chance to regain their ability to move.

We are honored to partner with the HeartMath Institute. With the support and expertise of Dr.Jorina, we are able to deliver impactful psychosocial support ( PSS) programs to children and adults in Lebanon, Turkey, Cameroon, South Africa, and soon inside Syria.

We’ve reached over 1,800 refugees, mostly women and girls, through heart-based programs. Our work was nationally recognized, with Lebanon’s Ministry of Education approving our emotional learning program in all 436 public schools in the —a national first.

وبفضل دعم وخبرة الدكتورة جورينا، استطعنا تقديم برامج الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للأطفال والبالغين في لبنان، تركيا، كاميرون، جنوب أفريقيا، وقريبا في سوريا.

وصلنا من خلال هذه البرامج القائمة على نهج القلب إلى أكثر من ١٨٠٠ لاجئ، غالبيتهم من النساء والفتيات. وقد حازت برامجنا على اعتراف رسمي، إذ وافقت وزارة التربية والتعليم اللبنانية على تنفيذ برنامجنا "أنا متعاطف" في جميع المدارس الرسمية الـ٤٣٦ في منطقة البقاع — وهو الأول من نوعه في لبنان.

📣 نداء من القلب لكل من يحمل نكهة الوطن في ذاكرته!
تعلن منظمة الوصول عبر الحدود (RAB) وبالتعاون مع مبادرة Tees_4_Truth، عن إطلاق مشروع كتاب طبخ مختلف عن أي كتاب
كتاب عن وصفات تقليدية والنكهات، القصص، والناس. عن الطعام الذي حملناه معنا عبر الحدود، وعن الحكايات اللي ما بتنكتب إلا بالمطبخ.
مع بعض، عم نكتب قصة شعب من خلال الأكل.
من مطابخ الجدّات، ومن ريحة السماق والزعتر، من صبر الناس بالمخيمات، ومن حبنا للبيت حتى لو صار بعيد... بدنا نوثق الذكريات، النكهات، والأمل.
بدنا نسمع منكم:

• قصص مرتبطة بالأكل
• صور للمأكولات أو المطابخ أو اللمّات العائلية
• كلمات من الجدّات، أشعار، ملاحظات مكتوبة بخط اليد واقتباسات من الجدات.
• أي ذكرى أو إحساس بتحبوا تشاركونا فيها، أغانٍ شعبية،
• أو ببساطة بدك تحكي عن أكل الطفولة، أو أكل الغربة...
• 📣 إحنا بدنا نسمع منك! بدنا نخلّي كتابنا كتابك، صوتك، وصوت الناس اللي بتحبيبهم.
الكتاب رح يكون منصف حسب المناطق، مع فصل خاص عن المعلبات، التوابل، والحلويات.
📱 وحيكون فيه رموز QR لربط القصص بتسجيلات صوتية – عشان نسمع الذكريات بصوت أصحابها.

Reaching Across Borders participated in a specialized training for facilitators working with children aged 8 to 12, organized by the Forum Civil Peace Service / forumZFD Lebanon in collaboration with Steps Consultancy Company.

The training focused on conflict concepts, non-violent education, and the fundamentals of working with children in conflict-affected environments.

These were enriching days full of learning, sharing, and building stronger tools for our work with children.

شاركت جمعية الوصول عبر الحدود في تدريب متخصص للميسّرين/ات العاملين مع الأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 8 و12 سنة، نظّمه منتدى خدمة السلام المدنية / لبنان بالتعاون مع شركة خطوات للاستشارات والتدريب.

ركّز التدريب على مفاهيم النزاع، والتربية اللاعنفية، وأُسس العمل مع الأطفال في البيئات المتأثرة بالنزاعات.

كانت أيامًا غنيّة بالتعلّم والمشاركة وبناء أدوات أقوى في عملنا مع الأطفال.
