Gator for Refugee Medical Relief, Baptist Medical Health နဲ့တွဲဖက်. ပြုလုပ်တဲ့ ရင်သားကင်ဆာစစ်ဆေးစက်ကားကြီး(3D monogram Buddy Bus) JMA ဆေးခန်းကို ဒီဇင်ဘာ (၁၉)ရက်မှာရောက်ရှိပါမယ်။
တယ်လီဖုန်းနံပါတ် 904-202-2499ကိုခေါ် option 6ကိုနှိပ် မိမိအမည်၊ မွေးသကရာဇ်၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ထားခဲ့ရင် တာဝန်ရှိသူတဦးက (၃)ရက်အတွင်းပြန်ခေါ်ပါမယ်။ ပူးတွဲပါ QR code ကိုဖုန်းကင်မရာနဲ့ဆွဲပြီးမှတ်ပုံတင်ထားခြင်းဖြင့် ကူညီပါ။
(၁) သင်ဟာအသက်(၄၀) ရှိပြီးဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ အမျိုးအရင်းထဲက ရင်သားကင်ဆာငယ်ငယ်မှာဖြစ်ဖူးရင် အဲဒီအသက်ထက် (၁၀)နှစ်စောစစ်လို့ရပါတယ်။
(၂) အရင်နှစ်ကစစ်ထားလို့ (၁၁)လကြာပြီးရင်စစ်လို့ရပါပြီ။
(၃) လောလောဆယ် ရင်သားနာ၊ သငန်ရည်ထွက်၊ အလုံးရှိသူ မဖြစ်ရပါ။

ဝင်ငွေနဲလို့ ကျန်းမာရေးအာမခံမရှိသူ၊ သို့မဟုတ် Baptist Health ကလက်ခံတဲ့ insurance ရှိသူဆိုရင် ရိုက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ လူဦးရေကန့်သတ်ထားတာမို့ စောစီးစွာရက်ချိန်းယူထားကြဖို့ နှိူးဆော်ပါတယ်။

အမျိုးသမီးရင်သားကင်ဆာဖြစ်နှုန်းဟာ ၈ ယောက်မှာ ၁ ယောက် (၁၃%) ရှိပါတယ်။ တင်ကြိုစစ်ဆေးခြင်းဖြင့် ရောဂါကိုစောစီးစွာသိရှိ ပျောက်ကင်းအောင်ကုသနိုင်မှာမို့ အမျိုးသမီးတိုင်း နှစ်တိုင်းစစ်ကြဖို့၊ မိမိအိမ်ဝထိ အခမဲ့စစ်ပေးနေတဲ့အခွင့်အရေးကို မလွတ်မိကြဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းပါရစေ။

A sudden 20-degree drop in temperature today officially brought a taste of fall to Jacksonville! Despite the chilly breeze, the JMA community clinic was back at Dhamma Vinaya Center, warmly welcoming our community.

Thanks to the dedication and teamwork of our volunteers and members, we managed the crowd efficiently and completed all our tasks ahead of schedule. A special thanks to Gators for Refugees volunteers and First Responder Gator for their valuable contributions, especially the CPR training course!

A heartfelt thanks to today’s refreshment donors:

• Fried noodles — Ko Saw Tun and Ma Mi Nge’s family
• Samosas and tea — Ko Terry and Ma Nyein Nu Win

The weather may have changed drastically, bringing a cool breeze and a taste of autumn, but our commitment to serving the community remains unwavering. Through changing seasons and challenges, we continue to stand together with compassion, dedication, and a shared mission to care for one another.

Our next clinic will be held at JCBC on November 21st. See you all there.

ဒီကနေ့ရာသီပြောင်းမှာ မြောက်ပြန်လေနဲ့ သိသာစွာအေးချမ်းလာပြီး ဆောင်းကူးကို ကြိုဆိုနေပါတယ်။ JMA ဆေးခန်းကို ဓမ္မဝိနယစင်တာမှာ အောင်မြင်စွာကျင်းပပြီးစီးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပါဝင်ကူညီအားဖြည့်ကြတဲ့အမှုဆောင်၊ လုပ်အားပေးလူငယ်တဦးချင်းစီကို ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါတယ်။

အထူးသဖြင့် UF က Gators for Refugees volunteers and First Responder Gator အဖွဲ့ရဲ့နှလုံးပုတ်အသက်ရှူကူသင်တန်းကို အကျိုးရှိစွာအထောက်အကူပြုမှုကိုကျေးဇူးပါ။

ဒီနေ့အဟာရဒါန အလှူ့ရှင်များကတော့ မစောနွီဏီရဲ့ ရခိုင်မုံ့တီ၊ ကိုစောထွန်းမမိငယ်မိသားစုရဲ့ ခေါက်ဆွဲကြော်၊ ကိုတယ်ရီ၊ မငြိမ်းနုတို့ရဲ့ ဆမူစာနဲ့ လက်ဖက်ရည်တို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကုသိုလ်လည်းရ ဝမ်းလည်းဝခဲ့ကြရတာ ကျေးဇူးပါ။

ရာသီတွေဘယ်လိုပဲပြောင်းပြောင်း ကျွန်တော်တို့JMA ရဲ့ စေတနာ့ဝန်ထမ်းအကျိုးပြုလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆက်လက်ရှင်သန်ရပ်တည်နေမယ်ဆိုတာ မမှိတ်မသုန် ယုံကြည်ပါတယ်။ လာမည့်နိုဝင်ဘာ (၂၁)ရက် JCBC မှာအားလုံးပြန်ဆုံကြရအောင်။

Please wear light jacket as temperature will drop in the evening with cold breeze.
