Behind every GLOW instructor is an entire inner monologue happening during class 😂

From forgetting which way we’re supposed to go, to wondering if anyone noticed us struggling through our own routine… we’re right there sweating, laughing, and figuring it out with you. 😂

But underneath all the laughs, there’s one thing we’re always thinking about: YOU. 💛

We’re thinking about how proud we are of you. How strong you’re becoming. How much we love watching women encourage one another. And how grateful we are that God allows us to create a space where you can move, grow, and GLOW together.

Because GLOW has never been about being perfect. It’s about showing up, giving what you have, and remembering who you are and whose you are.

So the next time you catch your instructor making a questionable move… just know we’re probably thinking about one of these things. 😂

Psalm 25 reminds us that following God means having a heart that is willing to learn, be guided, and corrected. We don’t have to know all the answers or have it all figured out. We simply have to be willing to let God show us His ways and lead us in His truth.

Being teachable means surrendering our pride, staying humble, and trusting that God sees the path more clearly than we do.

And maybe the question isn’t, “Do I know enough?”
Maybe it’s, “Am I still willing to be taught?”

Because when God is our hope, there is always more He can teach us. 🤍

The 3rd Annual Women’s Health & Fitness Day 5K is coming up! Hosted by Celebration Athletics + GLOW, this family-friendly event is all about movement, community, and making an impact.

💗 Proceeds benefit LifeBuilders at City Rescue Mission, with a portion also supporting Celebration Athletics & GLOW.

🏃‍♀️ 1-Mile Fun Run: 9:00 AM

One of the most fun parts of our Exercise Daily & Walk with the Lord Summer Challenge was the hidden challenge within the challenge! 👀🔥

You searched for the secret code words, cracked the Summer Sizzle code, and submitted your photo representing the final answer. We LOVED watching you put the clues together and have a little extra fun along the way! 🧩✨

And now… the moment you’ve been waiting for… 🥁

At GLOW, we don’t just show up to work out—we show up, get involved, encourage each other, and have a LOT of fun along the way. 💪🏽💗
