Grief is something we all experience, yet many people feel they must carry it in silence. On National Grief Awareness Day, we recognize the many forms grief can take and encourage compassionate conversations about loss and healing.
If someone you know is grieving:
โข Listen more than you speak
โข Offer your presence instead of trying to fix the pain
โข Check in weeks and months later
โข Let them know they don't have to face grief alone
Healing doesn't follow a timeline, and neither should our support.
At Elevate, we believe that hope begins with compassion and connection.
