Elevate is proud to announce the expansion of our Youth Services programming throughout the Sheboygan Area School District, thanks to generous funding through the Brighter Futures Initiative grant.

For years, Elevate has supported students at Sheboygan North High School and Sheboygan South High School through our nationally certified, youth-led Peers 4 Peers program. Beginning in February 2026, we grew that impact by bringing additional prevention and early intervention programming to students across the district.

Programs include:
✔️ Too Good for Drugs (TGFD) for middle school students
✔️ Teen Intervene
✔️ Prime For Life
✔️ PreVenture

We are grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting the mental wellness, prevention, and resilience of youth throughout Sheboygan County.

The Waukesha County He**in Task Force has officially become the Substance Use Action Coalition (SUAC) of Waukesha County—reflecting a continued commitment to collaboration, prevention, recovery, and community wellness.

Elevate is honored to serve on this coalition. Pictured are Larry Nelson, Waukesha County Board Supervisor and Co-Chair; John Heinrich, Waukesha County Board Supervisor; and Brenda Dunlap, Elevate Director of Programs and Co-Chair.

Together, coalition partners are working to reduce the harms of substance use, increase access to treatment, support recovery, and strengthen community health throughout Waukesha County.

PreVenture is an evidence-based program that uses brief, personality-focused workshops to promote mental health and delay substance use among youth. The program is designed to help youth better understand aspects of their personality associated with high-risk behaviors while also teaching them coping skills to positively address everyday teen challenges, such as academic stress and peer pressure.

Elevate can offer PreVenture to schools and families for free thanks to Froedtert West Bend Hospital and the Healthy Community Fund grant!

💜 Thank You, West Bend! 💙💚

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the SUDAC booth at the West Bend Farmers Market! Together, we shared 265 giveaways, including lock boxes, Narcan kits, medication disposal bags, canvas bags, puzzle pieces, and fidget spinners.

Most importantly, we connected with 125 community members through meaningful conversations focused on education, awareness, and reducing the stigma surrounding substance use disorders.

At SUDAC, our mission is to bring community voices to solutions by promoting understanding, hope, and recovery while helping create a stronger, more compassionate community for all.

✨ Missed us this time? We'll be back at the West Bend Farmers Market on July 11th with more giveaways, resources, and opportunities to connect. We look forward to seeing you there!
