The Living Word Lutheran Jr Wolves Basketball Program will be hosting tryouts for the 2026-2027 season on Sunday, August 24, 2026 at LWLHS. We plan to have teams open for boys and girls entering grades 2nd-8th grade for the 2026-2027 school year and is open to all members of the community.

We request that all players trying out please complete our tryout registration form. There is no cost to tryout for a team; however, players must attend a tryout in order to make a team. This helps us better estimate numbers for the upcoming season. Players will be evaluated on their basketball skill levels, game play, knowledge of the game, work ethic, and coachability. We cannot guarantee a spot for all players that tryout.

If you have any friends in the community that you think might be interested, please share this with them!

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM -- 2nd & 3rd BOYS

Congrats to the 5th Grade Jr Wolves girls team on an undefeated run while playing up in a 6th grade tournament at the Facility in Mequon.

A big thank you to all of our Junior Wolves girls who joined us for Junior Wolves Night at the LW girls basketball game last night! 🐺🏀

These girls brought the energy and helped cheer the T-Wolves to a great victory. We also loved the chance to recognize our Junior Wolves players and honor our 10,000 Shot Club members.

What a fun night to celebrate hard work, growth, and the future of LW basketball!

GIRLS Junior Wolves Night

Join us tomorrow night at Living Word for an exciting night of basketball.
Game time: 7:15 PM

All Junior Wolves players and their families receive free admission.
Junior Wolves players will be invited to join the Varsity team on the court for the National Anthem and team introductions.

Halftime Celebration:
We will be recognizing our 10,000 Shot Club members at halftime of the game.
