Below are several anti-immigration bills introduced during Mississippi’s 2026 Legislative Session. We encourage our community to read these bills, learn who introduced them, and stay informed about how they may impact our state.

In MIRA’s 26 years of advocacy, this session reflects the highest number of anti-immigration bills we’ve seen. We are also drawing attention to an anti-union bill, because workers’ rights apply to everyone, regardless of status.

Local elections matter. Awareness matters.
Please share with others and continue learning about what’s happening in Mississippi.
