63% of Americans believe abortion should be legal. Yet, since the overturning of Roe V Wade, we’ve watched elected officials disregard the will of the people through their unjust bans and legal intimidation tactics. It's clear: we continue to have abortions because we have built creative networks to keep each other safe despite state repression. A major part of that has been fundraising for and donating to the abortion funds that have built the support systems necessary to get people to care whether the antis like it or not.

🚨BIG WIN in Wisconsin: The state Supreme Court just struck down Wisconsin’s 1849 abortion ban. This cruel, pre-Roe law was one of the oldest abortion bans in the country — and today, it’s officially unenforceable.

This victory didn’t happen by chance. In 2023, we fought to help elect Judge Janet Protasiewicz — flipping the balance of the court and protecting our reproductive freedom at a critical time.
