🏆 **Celebrating Legislative Leadership in Mississippi!**

The Mississippi Center for Public Policy was proud to recognize **Representative Kevin Felsher** with our 2026 Legislative Freedom Award at this year's Annual Gala!

Representative Felsher has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing meaningful reforms that expand freedom and opportunity for Mississippians.

His leadership on House Bill 3, which advanced significant Certificate of Need (CON) reform during the 2026 legislative session, represents an important step toward reducing unnecessary government barriers, encouraging competition, and expanding access to quality healthcare across our state.

Our Legislative Freedom Award recognizes lawmakers who go beyond talking about freedom and take meaningful action to advance policies that make a real difference in the lives of Mississippians.

**Congratulations, Representative Felsher!** Thank you for your leadership, your dedication to principled policymaking, and your commitment to building a freer, more prosperous Mississippi! 🇺🇸

🏆 **Recognizing Legislative Leadership in Mississippi!**

The Mississippi Center for Public Policy was proud to present **Representative Sam Creekmore** with our 2026 Legislative Freedom Award at this year's Annual Gala!

Representative Creekmore was recognized for his work on House Bill 3, which advanced significant Certificate of Need (CON) reform during the 2026 legislative session.

CON laws have long been a focus of MCPP's efforts to reduce government barriers in healthcare. The reforms advanced through HB 3 reflect the free-market principles our organization advocates: greater competition, fewer unnecessary restrictions, and more opportunities for healthcare providers to serve Mississippi communities.

Our Legislative Freedom Award recognizes lawmakers whose legislative efforts align with our mission of advancing freedom, opportunity, and prosperity throughout Mississippi.

**Congratulations, Representative Creekmore, on receiving the 2026 Legislative Freedom Award!** We appreciate your work on this important legislation and your participation in this year's celebration. 🇺🇸
