🚒 Starting today, Aug. 26, the large play structure at Firehouse Park will be replaced with new equipment. For the safety of residents and construction crews, the north end of the playground will be fenced off for the duration of the project, which is expected to take several months. The remainder of the park will remain open and accessible to the community throughout construction. Please follow all posted signs and stay outside the fenced construction area. The IHCA appreciates your patience and understanding while this exciting improvement is completed.

Our beloved summer workers are currently dining in Vista Park. Stop by and say hi, but remember, NEVER feed the goats and please leave your dogs at home.
Next stop: South Pond, where they'll finish their 20-day-stay in Issaquah Highlands.

The Issaquah Highlands Community Association (IHCA) is looking for homeowners interested in serving on the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). ✋✋✋

The ARC reviews exterior home improvement applications and helps preserve the architectural character and appearance of the Issaquah Highlands in accordance with the community's governing documents and design standards.

The committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30-6:30 p.m. over Zoom. If you are interested in volunteering or would like to learn more, please email [email protected].
