Join us this month as we commemorate the children who have made us aware, host our annual golf outing, gather with foundations across the world to fund vital research and share updates.

It’s grant season.
And this year, the as a member of the international DIPG DMG Collaborative, there are 48 chances to cure cancer to consider. That’s over $9 million in total!
But knowing that, we do things different and we don’t just wait for grants to arrive at our door – instead we do the work to help establish collaborations, uncover specialties and incite BIG ideas.
As a matter of fact, in this grant cycle, nearly 20% if our grants weren’t even a surprise because they were part of a 10-year strategy. That’s why we need your help to fund the HOMERUN cure!
Overall, in the grants, we had grants from around the world including 28 from the USA, 8 from Australia, 8 from Europe, 1 from Japan and 3 from other countries new to the research effort. We also had grants directed at several pediatric cancer categories including 32 for DIPG/DMG, 7 for Medulloblastoma and 9 from other pediatric brain cancers.
Stay tuned as we announce our BIG Fat Grant Project winner for $1 million and then our Homerun Grant winners for $100,000 to $200,000. BIG news ahead!

Thank you to Adam Seifert and the Matrix Medical Foundation!

Last month, Adam Seifert met with Co-Founders Brian and Tamara Ekis to present them with a check for $1,500 to advance the mission of the Reflections Of Grace Foundation.

A registered nurse and employee of Matrix Medical Network, Adam and his wife Julie are parents of 3 children. Their twin daughters attend Ken & Jean Dance Studio, where the Seifert Family learned about the Foundation and was encouraged to attend the Race For Grace. After experiencing RFG and learning about our three-fold mission, Adam was compelled to apply for a grant through his company’s foundation.

The Matrix Medical Foundation supports charitable and educational initiatives focused on advancing community health and well-being. We are grateful for this meaningful grant in support of our mission—aiding families, funding research and raising awareness of DIPG and other pediatric brain cancers.
