Pet Friends pups have been in rescue for way too long. They are looking for a family to jail break them out because it feels as if they are serving life sentences. Take some time on Saturday to just come and meet them. Please share on your personal social media so they can find homes. Would you want to serve this much time in a kennel?

Seeking volunteer to fill the board position of Fundraising Coordinator. There are several yearly events that others organize so you would not be doing this alone. Looking for someone to help generate and orchestrate new events to help us fund our new shelter.

The Pet Friends yard sale in North Huntingdon is only a month away and we need more donations!! Now is the time to go through your closets, garages and sheds and declutter what you don't need.

Irwin, PA Pet Friends' cat foster homes are full. In the past 24 hours we have received 3 requests about stray/abandoned cats that need help. Unless we get more fosters, we cannot help with these requests. Pet Friends can offer flexibility with foster homes. If you cannot make a year-round commitment, consider fostering for a few months out of the year. Pet Friends pays for all supplies and medical costs. You get free kitty kisses and lots of fun!

Let's end the month with some adoptions! Pet Friends will have adoptable cats and kittens at PetSmart Monroeville this Saturday. Looking to adopt two? We will have some siblings for you to meet. 2 cats = double the fun!!

After the holiday weekend, we hope you still have an appetite for hot dogs! Pet Friends will be at Busy Beaver in Irwin on Sunday. Come grab a dog and something sweet for dessert.
