As of now the Foundation is on complete shutdown. I'm telling people not to donate - someone may have created a duplicate account and I can't have people donating to someone pretending to be me or the Foundation. Friends: I wanted to announce that I have restructured the Foundation. I am still the President and Elizabeth Kloos is the Treasurer and Sara Majorsky is the Secretary. Things here will slow down a bit as I am working on quite a few things. I will keep you all posted! I am so happy and so proud of all we have accomplished in such a short period of time . Friends: Monday, August 7th is the BIG DAY!!! Bernie's Beach House Foundation will be sending Emma and her family to Myrtle Beach to stay at The Breaker's Resort. We are so very excited and as Bernadette's Mother, I can barely contain myself!! I want to thank EVERYONE that has remotely been involved with making our dream come true of honoring the life of Bernadette, by spreading Love, Light and Joy to other families going through a difficult time. I cannot possibly put into words what this means for us and this has been a community effort. We at Bernie's Beach House Foundation love every single one of you! Friends I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Lulu's Cafe at 1903 N. Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC! They have generously offered to give every family we send to Bernie's Beach House at The Breaker's resort, a $100.00 certificate. Lulu's Cafe was Bernadette's favorite place to eat breakfast and or lunch every time we went there and the staff I can say we all truly love as family! If you get to go, make sure to check them out! Friends: I have two exciting announcements. First, I'd like to introduce you to Sara Majorsky. She was a super close friend with Bernadette throughout her life and has just graduated from college. Sara has agreed to become part of Bernie's Beach House Foundation. I know Bernadette is more than thrilled and so are we to have her join us in our mission. Second annoucement: Hotel Loyal Pizza (owned by Jan and John Migyanka) have agreed to place a donation/charity box in their pizza shop for the Foundation. They are located at 615 Ligonier Street, Latrobe, PA 724-537-3741. A huge thank you to Hotel Loyal Pizza and a huge thank you and welcome aboard to Sara Majorsky!

Friends: I just wanted to drop a line and tell you all how very much I appreciate you all and love you all!! This month is usually pretty difficult for me as it is the month in which Bernadette Marie transitioned back Home. Even though I know she is happy and healthy and still very much with me, it still (and will until I draw my dying breath) hits my Soul - the physically missing her so very much! I'm sharing because I may be quiet the next few weeks, but we are still very much here and very excited about sending our first family to Myrtle this August. Thank you! Friends: This is the moment when Emma was learning that she would be going to Bernie's Beach House at The Breakers Resort in Myrtle Beach. The bag she is holding was made by Susan Yadamec and had her name on it that said Myrtle Beach 2023 and filled with fun items to take to the beach! So excited for August for Emma to see the ocean!
