I've just been informed of Funeral and Reception arrangements for Bill Pearce and asked to post this by the family.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND.
If people cannot make ti the the Mass, they can be at the cemetary at around 12:15pm.

Saturday March 14th
Funeral Mass. 11am
Saints Simon & Jude Catholic Churchill Show

Huntington Beach, CA

Procession to Cemetery will follow.
Good Shepherd Cemetary and Mausoleum

Afterward a Reception will be held at the family home.

Sadly Bill Pearce just passed away. He was 91 and will be greatly missed.
I was initially notified by John Cannon of Aladdin Books who heard from grandson Tyler.
I called and talked with his daughter Pam and Frank Yee.
For the past few months he has been in and out of the hospital with some unknown infection due to bladder cancer.
Both John and Frank had visited him in the hospital over the past few weeks.
Georgeanne is ok, but the past few months have been very tough on her. I talked with her a few weeks ago.
Funeral and memorial plans have yet to be determined.

Thanks to All who attended last night Ring 313 meeting featuring a lecture by Bond Lee & Yan Yan Ma from Hong Kong!
It was a full house turnout with several visitors and members we've not seen in a while.
Bond performed and explained his manipulation act along with some effects his MS MAGIC company markets Yan demonstarted her skill at palming, manipulating, and shooting cards,
We were also fortunate to have the 2026 Officers installed by IBM President Stephen Levine visiting from Tucson!
Afterwards a few of us dined at nearby Denny's.

It is currently unclear if the lecture will be available via Zoom pending Bond's permission.

As announced at the Dec meeting, due to room availability this month, the usual Last Tuesday meeting date change to the 20th. The previously scheduled lecture will now occur in Feb.
