The USPA Powerlifting Foundation is a non-profit organization. It was founded by USPA Hall of Fame lifter and coach, Liz Freel.

Her goal is to provide those in need an opportunity to change their lives and become empowered through powerlifting.

DAY 4 of the USPA Powerlifting Foundation raffle is HERE — and we’re continuing to make a direct impact on athletes across the powerlifting community.

Every raffle ticket purchased helps fund opportunities that many athletes wouldn’t otherwise have access to — including competition fees, travel expenses, coaching, equipment, gym memberships, and more. This foundation exists to help lifters stay in the sport, keep competing, and continue chasing big goals.
