Today, the Ironton Million Dollar Marching Band proudly took part in the Memorial Day Parade as our community came together to honor those who gave so much for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

You see the band in formation…uniforms straight, instruments ready, moving as one down the parade route.

But what you don’t always see are the moments leading up to it.

The organized chaos of unloading the bus, buttoning uniforms, fixing zippers, helping each other get parade-ready, sharing laughs, and soaking in the excitement before the first step.

The performance is what the community sees. These behind-the-scenes moments? That’s where some of the best memories are made.

🚨 Attention Million Dollar Marching Band! 🚨

A few important reminders for tomorrow’s parade:

📍 Report Time: 8:45 AM
📍 Location: Behind the Board Office

🎺 This will be FULL UNIFORM, so please make sure you wear:
✔️ Black shoes
✔️ Black socks

💧 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Please start drinking plenty of water today and continue tomorrow morning before the parade.

👕 Band Booster members helping with the parade: Please wear your Booster shirts so students can easily spot you if they need assistance.

🥁 Parade Step-Off: 10:00 AM
🌤️ Forecast: Around 70°

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women out there today. 💐

Whether you are a mother, grandmother, stepmother, aunt, sister, cousin, mentor, or simply someone who has loved and cared for others with a mother’s heart…today is for you too.

The world is better because of the kindness, strength, encouragement, and love you give so freely to the people around you.

We hope today reminds you just how appreciated and valued you truly are. ❤️

Hey everyone,
First and foremost, we just wanted to say how proud we are of the middle and high school bands as well as the Singers for yesterday evening’s performances. They all did a great job. ❤️

Also, we’re meeting tomorrow morning at 8 o’clock to go through the uniforms to fix what needs fixed so that they’re ready for the Memorial Day parade. It’s a lot of uniforms and we really need the help. Please let us know if you’re able to meet us there.
