We are still smiling from an incredible afternoon at the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Indiana Chapter's Annual Conference, hosted alongside Charitable Gift Planners Indiana (CGPI)!

What an incredible afternoon!

Thank you to everyone who joined us today for our annual conference at the Ritz Charles in Carmel about The Great Wealth Transfer. Your presence, your questions, and your commitment to showing up for donors during one of the most transformative moments in philanthropic history made this event something truly special. We are so grateful for this community of thoughtful, passionate fundraising professionals.

A heartfelt thank you to our keynote speaker, Mark Shiller, for bringing such depth, warmth, and humor to these important conversations. Mark has a rare ability to make complex topics around estate planning and generational wealth feel both approachable and deeply meaningful, and we know so many of you left with new ideas and perspectives to carry into your work. We are so glad to have had him with us.

Thank you to Akilah Darden, MBA LEED AP🌟 Darden for being a part of our Fireside Chat discussion. We loved hearing more about your why to solve problems, to make sure that we decrease disparities, and to make sure that everyone wins. We have good news! 🎉

The Indiana Philanthropy Awards nomination deadline has been extended to Friday, June 26. If you have someone in mind but need a little more time to pull everything together, now you have it.

Use this extra time to finish that narrative, gather your letters of recommendation, and submit the nomination they truly deserve.

We will be celebrating all of our honorees on November 18 at the Indiana Roof Ballroom, and we do not want to miss a single worthy story.
