Every second matters. Every life matters. Every one of us can make a difference.

Today, we recognize the importance of knowing how to respond when someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest. In an emergency, knowing CPR and having access to an AED can make all the difference. ❤️

At MidCities P*e Wee Football & Cheerleading Association, the safety of our athletes, families, coaches, and community is something we take seriously. We are proud to have partnered with the American Heart Association and to have AEDs readily available at all of our practice sites. 🫀

We are committed to helping create a safer environment for every child who steps onto our fields, because being prepared isn’t just important on game day — it matters every single day.

We are also proud to share this special video featuring one of our board members and her son speaking on behalf of our league and helping spread this important message.

🙏 Please take a moment to watch, share, and learn how you can be prepared to help save a life.

❤️ Every second matters. Be prepared. Know CPR. Know where to find an AED. You could be the difference between life and death.
