Do you know the difference between Medigap Plan G, Plan N, and the other lettered plans?

Check out our updated comparison chart to see what each plan covers and compare benefits side-by-side. Remember, while benefits are standardized, premiums can vary by company.

Need help understanding your options? SHIP provides free, unbiased Medicare counseling to help you compare Medigap plans, understand enrollment rights, and screen for cost-saving programs such as Medicare Savings Programs and Extra Help. We make sure you understand all of your Medicare options so you can make informed decisions about your coverage.

SHIP does not sell insurance or enroll individuals in plans. Our goal is to provide clear, objective information so you can make an informed decision about the coverage that best meets your needs.

Natalie Merchant spent three years volunteering as an artist-in-residence at our neighboring Head Start program in Troy, NY. This hands-on experience inspired her multimedia early learning project, Cabinet of Wonder, which integrates music and poetry into classrooms nationwide in partnership with the National Head Start Association. Wonderful to see an artist's generosity as well as talent. Commission on Economic Opportunity

The singer-songwriter will play piano and talk craft with Folk Alley's Sarah LaDuke—tickets likely to move fast for the festival's second night.
