It's a bird... it's a plane... no... it's a new park on Buffalo Bayou! 🌳🏵️

Garver Park is a recently completed ten-acre green space just west of Lockwood Drive on the south bank of the bayou. This tranquil landscape filled with native plants, wildflowers, towering live oak and cottonwood trees, and winding paths shows the power of transforming vacant land into thriving public space.

Just outside the Lockwood on Buffalo Bayou mixed-income housing community, this park provides a beautiful front yard, a children's play area, and dog park for neighbors to enjoy.
