Houston Children’s Charity is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for Greater Houston’s underprivileged, abused, and disabled children who have been otherwise left behind. Our goal is to leave no legitimate request for assistance unanswered. Houston Children’s Charity seeks an ever-broadening base of support, dedicated sponsors, and committed volunteers to expand its ability to help children. There are numerous avenues of participation available for any individual or corporation willing to provide resources to assist children. HCC measures success by the number of children’s lives that are touched, and that is dependent upon how many of you, as individuals or companies, are willing to give of your resources, talents, and time.

30 Years of Results. And one unforgettable night.

In 2024, Houston Children’s Charity walked into its 27th Annual Gala hoping to make history.

Houston answered with $6.2 million.

There was plenty of star power — Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, NFL Hall of Famer Andre Johnson and an incredible night of music from Chicago.

There was a $500,000 live-auction moment.

And Jana and Richard Fant stunned the room with a gift that would provide 30 wheelchair-accessible vans through Chariots for Children.

But the real story wasn’t who was in the room.

It was what would happen after everyone went home.

Beds for children sleeping on floors.
Wheelchair-accessible vans for families who need them.
Programs serving thousands of Houston children.

That’s what the Gala makes possible.

And in just a couple of weeks, Houston gets to do it again.
