Our goal is to provide you with a wealth of information about our programs and to introduce you to the many ways you can make a difference in the lives of others by giving. Founded in 2011 with the support of people like you, the Altus Foundation has helped many individuals get the treatment they need. From payment assistance for cancer and hospice patients to educational events and health screenings for our various communities, we're passionate about everything we do.
