The coaching relationship is the most essential relationship our Leaders experience throughout the program. Coaches take the time to truly know each Leader so they can help guide them into the Skill Track that best fits their gifts and long-term vision. Our Coaches advocate for Leaders daily, walking alongside them through both victories and setbacks. They are our Leaders' biggest cheerleaders!! Our program would not be possible without our Coaches.
