Last Sunday, we had another great Young Eagles Rally. Our volunteers on the ground and pilots in the air were able to fly 15 youth ages 9-17 from the parking ramp of the Lone Star Flight Museum. However due to high crosswinds at a home airport and a maintenance issue one aircraft, it was necessary to reschedule a few registered participants. We hope to fly then in the next few weeks. Enjoy the photos.

We had another great Young Eagles Rally, on Saturday 8 November at Pearland Regional Airport. The early morning fog delayed our start by about an hour and a half. Otherwise, we had a great time flying 18 Young Eagles. For most this was their first flight in a small aircraft. Big thanks to our six pilots and seven ground volunteers and the folks at Pearland Regional Airport who made this possible. We also had the opportunity to present Dylan our Ray Scholar and newest pilot who supported at the registration desk, his polo shirt and lapel pin signifying his completion of his private pilot's license.
