Walk to Cure Arthritis 25th Anniversary

The Walk to Cure Arthritis is the largest gathering of the arthritis community each year. It is an opportunity to build awareness, deepen community, provide access to local resources, educate, and fundraise for the continued mission work of the foundation. In Hawaii, 1 in 4 people are affected by arthritis, and it is the leading cause of disability in the workplace. The Arthritis Foundation is dedicated to providing in-person educational and community education for all.

This day is dedicated to honoring the spirit of discovery, resilience, and pushing beyond our limits.

Named in tribute to astronaut Ellison S.
Onizuka, this event is a time for Mando’ade to embrace adventure, whether through physical challenges, intellectual pursuits, or new experiences that strengthen both mind and body. It’s about expanding our horizons, forging new paths, and carrying forward the legacy of those who dared to explore the unknown.
