Did you know the PTA has a monthly newsletter?

One email a month with every date, sign-up, and fundraiser in one place. No backpack archaeology required.

Email [email protected] and we will add you to the list. If you are already on it, October's issue is coming soon.

No giant school supply list at Paul Banks, and that is on purpose.

Instead of shopping a two-page list, families pay one $35 supply fee per student for the year. Teachers use it to buy exactly what their classrooms need, when they need it. No hunting for a specific brand of folder in August and nothing left over in June.

If you have not taken care of yours yet, or you are new to Paul Banks this fall, you can pay at the school office any time.

Charleston Wrap starts today. It is our biggest fundraiser of the year and it runs through October 5.

Gift wrap, kitchen goods, treats, and gifts, and Paul Banks earns up to 40 percent on everything sold. It is an easy way to get a head start on holiday shopping and support our kids at the same time.

Keep an eye on your student's backpack for their packet. Once it comes home, share their link with grandparents, aunties, and coworkers. Homer orders get delivered to the school for pickup and everyone else gets theirs shipped right to their door.

September is a big birthday month at Paul Banks.

A belated happy birthday to Stephanie Young, Lila Johnson, and Cora Parish, who have already celebrated this month. We hope you were thoroughly spoiled.

Still to come are Kate Maher on September 21 and Margi Shalit on September 25. If you see them in the hallway or at pickup, wish them a good one.

Thank you to all five of you for everything you do for our Peanuts. Drop a birthday wish in the comments and we will make sure they see it.
