Her Blue Body is an invitation to share with you a love of the ocean rooted in a deep purpose to reconnect us as women. During a portion of our days together, I’ve woven the depth and science of somatics into a practice called Sensory Ocean Immersion, which is a refinement of what I’ve been incorporating into my ocean retreats and somatic work.

Openings at the Hearth: A 5-Month Journey

I’m preparing to open our next seasonal cycle of The Hearth Circle in Hilo. This is a simple, grounded talking circle for women 21-up and our ages currently range from mid-20s to mid-50s. I begin each monthly gathering with about 20 minutes of quiet somatic grounding to help our bodies settle, downshift from the day, and ease into the comfort of sharing. Here you can just be yourself without pressure or expectations. Share what’s on your mind, or simply enjoy the silence in a safe space.

The Commitment: July-Nov (5 months) for consistent community, with no single-month drop-ins.

The Investment: $60 for the entire season.

Location: Private, peaceful home studio in Hilo (Kaumana area).

Her Blue Body Ocean Immersion is a threshold between Ocean and Woman. It only takes one toe in and we are reminded that much of our body is water, that we were once held in the waters of our mother’s womb, and that we bleed (or bled) as part of our natural cycles of life. I have a few open spaces remaining at The Hearth Circle for our upcoming 5-month cycle July-November.

The Hearth Circle is a simple, grounded talking circle for women to release whatever you’ve been holding. You can share what’s on your mind, or you can choose to sit entirely in silence and simply take up some much-deserved space. There is no shame, pressure, or expectations either way.

We use ~20 minutes of somatic grounding at the start to help our bodies settle, downshift from the day, and ease into the comfort of sharing.

To keep the space comfortable and consistent for the women inside it, we commit to the full 5 months together. Single-month drop-ins aren't offered.

Cost: $60 for the 5-month cycle July through November, ending just before the holiday rush.
