Exchange club of Hilo provided chili and hot dog bowls to the staff and residents at Yukio Okutsu Veterans Home. We thank our nurses for their selfless dedication and in honor of nurses week, MAHALO for all you do!

Our very own Exchange Club Member, Aspen Taylor being congratulated by the Exchange club for winning the international title of Junior Miss -Jr. Teen.

Exchange Club of Hilo participated in the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home ceremony honoring all Veterans. Mayor Roth, Ivan, Jerry, John, Frank and Dale attended the event and donated 5 ceremonial American Flags to the home. John who also serves in the Us Army Reserve as a commander was the key note speaker as well.

Happy Veterans Day to all who served. You are loved and appreciated!

Day with the mayor. The Hilo exchange Club sponsored a luncheon for the student body council (President, V. president, secretary and treasurer) from Keaukaha Elementary school. The event consisted of a questions and answers session with County Council Chair Heather Kiimball, Council Woman Sue Lee Loy and Mayor Mitch Roth. The students asked questions regarding the counties budget requirements, budget allocations and project priorities.
