APTA Mississippi - A Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association

APTA-MS represents physical therapists and the physical therapy profession in the State of Mississippi.

Membership is open to all physical therapists and industry partners in the state who believe in quality care and best practices for the industry.

APTA National is seeking a Student PTPAC Liaison- and this is a great opportunity for APTA Mississippi student members to step into a national advocacy role and represent our state!!! 🙌

The Student PTPAC Liaison helps raise awareness of the Physical Therapy Political Action Committee (PTPAC), APTA’s grassroots funding network that supports federal legislative efforts impacting physical therapy. In this role, you’ll work alongside APTA PTPAC staff to educate fellow students about advocacy, including outreach at APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) and through social media engagement.
This is a unique chance to represent student voices on a national level, strengthen your advocacy skills, and connect directly with leaders in the profession. Funding is provided for the liaison to attend CSM.

Term: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
