We have been getting a lot of phone calls about advertisements that Habitat for Humanity of the Pine Belt does home repair, roofing repair, tree removal, and window replacement prorams. Unfortunately, we do NOT do any of these programs.

Our mission is to build homes for lower income families and there is a process for that as well.

Our homeownership program requires you to attend our orientation. The next orientation will be in February of next year. If you are interested in the program, please call back after the first of the year and we will put you on a list to be contacted once we have our dates set.

Our Ramp program, unfortunately, we do not currently have any funds in the program. Our funds generally come from grants or donation and there just isn't any right now.

Thank you for your attention to this matter

Hello Pine Belt Community. We are reaching out to contractors in the area who are willing to give us an estimate for repairs. This house belongs to one of our Habitat families and was damaged on Monday, May 25th during the storms in Petal. The address is 113 McInnis Street, Petal, MS. This estimate is needed in order for an insurance claim to be completed. It appears that there is truss, roofing and sheetrock reapirs that need to be made. I have attached photos to give you an idea of what to expect. If you are willing to help, you can send the estimate to Michael Pascarella at [email protected] or call the office 601-582-4663. As always, we appreciate all those that help and volunteer.

The window has opened to register for our Homeownership Orientation. Please call 601-582-4663 to get registered.
