It's true! This Saturday (10/31) is the last day for Harris visitors with regular hours in 2026. We'll be open from 9 am to 4 pm.

Hope to see ya! Heck, come in yer Halloween costume ;-)

Last visits in 2026: It's not too late to stop and visit Harris Tower before the end of the season.

We'll be open the next three Saturday's (10/17, 10/24, 10/31), each day from 9 to 4. Donations are greatly appreciated. We're ready with steam heat for those chilly days, too (we'll certainly need it on 10/17!).

Meeting reminder for Tuesday (10/13/26)! Doors open at 5 PM, presentation at 7 PM.

Guests are ALWAYS welcomed to join us. We do suggest that you arrive one (1) hour prior to the start of the meeting (6:30 pm) if you'd like to have dinner (full menu available). We meet in the community room.

The Chapter welcomes Brandon Silko who discuss the PRRs Gallitzin Tunnel, and how they've evolved thru the years of PRR, Penn Central, Conrail, and Norfolk Southern ownership.

The Chapter welcomes Julie Fether, archivist of the East Broad Top Foundation, who will describe the joint Foundation-Friends to catalog and conserve EBT records, dating back to the 1870s, and make them accessible on-line.
