This story from WHYY is worth revisiting as budget negotiations continue. Thank you to Rep. Jordan Harris for meeting with families and saying it plainly: "We can't afford not to have these programs in our community."

PA reimbursement rates are 23% below benchmark. 94% of agency workers got nothing in last year's budget. That has to change.
