✨ Congratulations to APLD’s 2026 Landscape Designer of the Year! ✨

Located in Marana, Arizona, "Pueblo Paradise" by Allen Donomy |
Denomy Designs exemplifies a thoughtful integration of straight lines and creative curves, enhancing visual interest and aesthetic appeal, and transforming a small yard into a versatile and inviting retreat.

The harmonious blend of functionality, aesthetics, and thoughtful design in "Pueblo Paradise" earned Allen Donomy a Gold award and the title of Landscape Designer of the Year in APLD's 2026 International Landscape Design Awards Program.

One judge described the design as "an oasis in the desert," adding, "The warm color accents perfectly reflect the colors that nature gifted you beyond the walls. Just lovely."

Let's talk client management at APLD's Hangout!

Connect with your fellow APLD colleagues during The Hangout, a FREE members-only networking event. Our December Hangout will dive into client management. We’ll discuss topics such as communicating design intent to non-designers and presenting designs with confidence. Bring your questions, ideas, and inspiration! Screen sharing will also be available for attendees to showcase their successes or projects they are looking for input on.

Plan to join us on Wednesday, December 9, at 3 p.m. Eastern/12 p.m. Pacific for informal discussions, community building, and some "hanging out" with your peers. No need to register! Zoom access information will be sent to APLD members via email.
