Two programs, one awards season. Entries fall under Design or Installation. Design keeps the nine categories you know, with the same scoring metrics. The new Installation program is judged on Knowledge, Documentation, Aesthetics, and Creativity, and launches with three awards:

The Craftsman honors clean, precise work: hidden wiring, organized infrastructure, and finish quality that shows.
The MacGyver honors ingenuity: creative solutions built from standard fixtures and components.
Holiday Lighting moves to the Installation side, where the rubric fits the work.

Design entries close Friday, December 4.
Installation entries, including Holiday Lighting, close Thursday, December 31.
Entry fee is $150 per entry.
