✨ Happy New Year from Hammonton Pride! ✨
We’re kicking off 2026 with gratitude, celebration, and a look back at one of our most meaningful moments of 2025.
📣 Out in Jersey Magazine just featured our work at the New Jersey Education Association’s 2025 Convention — where Hammonton Pride brought our “Drag Is Not a Crime: Pt. II” exhibit to educators from across the state. Our message was simple and powerful: Drag is art, drag is history, drag is culture — and drag is not a crime. 💖🏳️🌈
We originally debuted the exhibit in summer 2024 at Noyes Museum of Art of Stockton University in Hammonton, and it was so well-received that it stayed on display through September. This past November, we were invited to extend the conversation even further at the NJEA convention in Atlantic City — engaging with teachers, school leaders, and community members about creativity, identity, and inclusion.
This moment wasn’t just about visibility — it was about education, empathy, and connection. It reminded us that when we show up boldly and with heart, we can open minds, spark dialogue, and build more affirming spaces for all. 🌈✨
