Please let us know! BRAG has over 90 active members located throughout the valley. They are as diverse as the arts and crafts they create. From fine art, jewelry, aprons, leatherwork to stonework, these individuals make, remake, paint, or tool fancy gifts for that hard to please person. The Guild’s 3 big show events are the Holiday Show, which takes place the first Friday and Saturday in the Even
t Center at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds. This show is known for its raffle. The proceeds from the raffle go back into the community promoting the arts. The Spring Show is held the second weekend in April at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds Event Center. Art in the Park is held at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds in July. The Bitterroot Arts Guild shows and membership into the Guild are juried to ensure all creations are created in Montana as well as quality and uniqueness. In 2022 BRAG upgraded the display boards at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds. These will be available for all events at the Event Center. These took 200 hours of volunteer labor to complete. Masa Home Center and All Valley Flooring helped by contributing all building materials at cost. In the past, the organization completed the construction on the inside of the old art building at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds. They built a bathroom, insulated and put in heating so there would be a place to have events in the colder months. Although they don’t have regular meetings, the group welcomes new members.
