The camp ground is getting prepped and ready.
Trinity Center is getting revamped.

This couldn't have happened so efficiently without the great volunteers from Waynesboro Grace Brethren Church! They worked hard to get our facilities ready for another unforgettable summer full of creek days, outdoor adventures, crazy games, and learning about the Creator of it all.

Our monthly program event was a Boxcars game! ⚾

The original game was rained out, but the makeup game was worth the wait, it went into extra innings with a nail-biting finish! The guys always enjoy the chance to step away from the intensity of the program, relax, and simply enjoy fellowship and fun together. We love our men and are grateful for opportunities like this to make lasting memories together. ❤️

What a blessing it is to be surrounded by a community that not only shares what they have, but does so with a heart to love and serve others. Every box donated will help feed local families and those staying in our shelter, reminding them that they are cared for.

Yesterday was our final Koffee Klatch before summer break! ☕💛

Koffee Klatch will be taking a break for the summer months and will begin meeting again in September. We are so thankful for the smiles, laughter, and fellowship these wonderful ladies bring each week. It has been such a blessing, and we will truly miss seeing them weekly!

We are already looking forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall! 🍂

A few weeks ago, we were honored to be invited to the Lion Club’s Luncheon. We had the privilege of receiving an award, connecting with other community partners, and hearing about the incredible work being done throughout our community. We also had the opportunity to share a little about what God is doing here at The Hope Center and the lives being impacted each day.

We are so grateful for opportunities like this to come together, encourage one another, and continue building a stronger community side by side.

We aim to share the resources we provide to reach those who could benefit from them.
This month, we are highlighting our food bags.

Each household can receive a free food bag once a month. Just make an appointment! Once scheduled, our amazing volunteers will pack your bag with meals, snacks, and breakfast items to help feed your family.

If you or someone you know is facing food insecurity, call 301-739-1165 to schedule an appointment. Our staff will need at least 24 hours notice to prepare your bag.
