14th July 2025 was a landmark achievement and a huge step forward in our quest for advancing Women in Governance (WiG) in Nigeria. A triparty agreement was signed between Engage Diaspora Foundation, Inc., Inter-Party Advisory Council Nigeria - IPAC, and National Centre For Women Development. Centre Area Abuja..
This will promote the engagement of women across board especially at the grassroot, mobilize our teaming young persons through Women-in-Governance (WiG) Club and Women in Governance (WiG) Cohorts.
This partnership will engage with high-level policy makers, political stakeholders, and all other key stakeholders.
This is expected to support the process of more women to participate in governance, support reserve seat for women, put more young persons in place of power and decision making, young people participate in election.
